About me

Hello, I am Nathalie, a Christian woman,  wife and mother of three kids, author, and passionate speaker.

With a background in nursing, I am a Holistic Health Practitioner certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Additionally, I am trained in Applied Functional Medicine through the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM), and in Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). As a passionate learner, I have also earned a certificate in Nutrition for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of California San Francisco

My story

My journey as a holistic health practitioner started in 2013. I often prayed to God, asking him to take away my dreams and ambitions and lead me on the path He has for my life. Sometimes we ask for things without really understanding what it means…until it happens.

I worked as a nurse while continuing higher education in that same field. Under unpleasant circumstances, the Lord somehow stopped me in my track and redirected my course. It was not easy for me to let go of my dreams until the Holy Spirit reminded me about my prayers of living on God’s path. I knew then that God was giving me a new dream.

My heart became very heavy for the health of the Church (The body of Christ). I noticed that many believers were struggling with chronic health conditions, despite all the promises in the Bible for health and constant prayers for healing. I also saw how recurring “Dis-ease” affected people’s quality of life and prevented them from doing the good works God is calling them to do.

To my question of why believers are still sick, although covered by the blood of Jesus, the first thing that came to my heart was that God created everything in the world orderly and established rules to keep things in place and running smoothly. If something goes against those rules, there will be consequences… And this is also true for the human body.

This insight raised my curiosity to learn more about how the body works and how our food and lifestyle choices affect our health. So, I started checking out various publications on this topic and watching all the health and wellness-related documentaries I could find. The more I learned, the more frustrated I was. I remember my family told me back then that I was taking things too personally because I often cried talking about these things. Yes, it was too personal to me…

But that’s when I knew the Lord was calling me to do something about it. I then decided to stop my journey in nursing and instead get training in holistic nutrition and health coaching, and later in applied functional medicine concepts. Meanwhile, I was also digging deeper into the Bible to learn more about God’s plan for our health, which helped me develop a Wellness Bible Study for Women.

My Mission

I am on a mission to raise a generation of healthier believers who are no longer weakened by preventable chronic and degenerative diseases. Therefore, they are stronger to fulfill their destiny and advance the kingdom of God more efficiently.

I do so through inspiring lectures, workshops, classes, and coaching programs, using a combination of biblical principles and evidence-based science. As a result, people are empowered to take back control of their health and address the root causes of their concerns instead of just managing the symptoms with medications.

“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” 3 John 1:2 (NKJV)
