Recipe: Turmeric & Ginger Latte

Turmeric & ginger latte


1.5 cup hot milk (Any milk you like)

½ tsp. turmeric root powder

1/4 tsp ginger root powder (or more)

1/8 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

1 pinch of black pepper

Honey, stevia, or any other sweetener


Add all the ingredient in a mug and stir well to mix. If you have a milk frotteur you can use it for a forming and sumptuous latte. Enjoy!
